As 2011 comes to a close, all of us at Sisel International are rejoicing! Together, with your efforts, we are about to complete a record-breaking year. I wanted to personally thank each and every one of you for your continued leadership, personal excellence and commitment to the “Sisel Mission” of helping people all around the world to take back their health, wealth and happiness.

In addition, we launched the Ultimate Body Sculpting Challenge and created a way for our Brand Partners and Preferred Customers alike to get their Fit & Fabulous products free of charge every single month with the Share with 3 and Yours is Free campaign.
 
If you want to talk Compensation Plan, with the recent enhancements, our analytics show that it is the most lucrative and rewarding compensation plan in the network marketing industry.

As we move forward into 2012, I would like to personally invite all of you to Super-Charge your life by attending our Worldwide Convention on June 8-9 in Las Vegas. I would also like to share with you our unwavering commitment to challenge the status quo and ourselves. We believe that one of the biggest mistakes companies make in business is that they never move beyond the status quo and resist the willingness to explore the unknown and embrace change. We believe in fact in the opposite: Challenge the status quo. Explore the unknown. Embrace change.
 
Let me share a story that will help illustrate this point.
 
In the late 1800s the ice industry was thriving, particularly in the Northeast. Companies would cut blocks of ice from frozen lakes and ponds and sell them around the world. The largest single shipment was 200 tons that was shipped to India. During the trip to India, 100 tons melted, but the remaining 100 tons was still enough to make a profit.
 
These ice harvesters, however, were ultimately put out of business by forward thinking companies who invented mechanical icemakers. It no longer made sense to cut and ship ice because companies could now make ice in any city during any season. Icemakers in turn were eventually put out of business by forward thinking and the invention of the refrigerator. You would think that the original ice harvesters would have adopted the new and expanding technology. However, all they did was maintain the status quo: their focus was on better saws, better storage, and better transportation. Eventually they perished.
 
So the point is that growth, prosperity and personal success is the result of challenging the unknown and embracing change. If we don’t, just like the ice harvesters, we will perish.
 
Many of you know that I have been in this industry for over 25 years and I’ve met some of the most amazing people and leaders along the way. These experiences have provided me with firsthand knowledge as to what it takes to build a thriving Network Marketing company. Like the old ice harvesters, I have come from a time before advanced computers, high-tech manufacturing practices and global communication systems. If I had stayed fixated on what “worked in the day” or “what was most comfortable,” perhaps the Sisel opportunity of a lifetime that we enjoy today would not have been born.
 
So as we move into 2012, let’s explore the unknown and embrace change together; an exciting life is waiting for us just around the corner.
